Sinatra’s Does Not Disappoint
As Featured in Buffalo Rising
Sinatra’s was one of the only Italian restaurants in Buffalo that could hold a candle to my Grandma’s home cooking. Whenever I dined at the original Sinatra’s location, it was like being home. So it was a bit surreal to walk into a new “Sinatra’s” – I was not sure how I would feel about the new experience. At the same time, I eagerly entered the restaurant, checked in with GM David Ortolano (always positive and passionate), mindfully looked around and didn’t say a word for about 7 minutes. I knew the meal would be awesome. The food is that good, period.
Customers frank about Sinatra's
For Vinnie Lepera and Shannon Heneghan, it’s a weekly ritual. For the Bingeman family, it’s a first-time experience. But whatever the background, both parties left Sinatra’s with a smile.
“We love coming here,” says Lepera, who lives in Buffalo. “It’s become a regular thing for us. I eat here more than my own kitchen.”
“It is a welcoming place that serves delicious Italian food,” Sinatra says simply. “We keep things very traditional.”
